  Well what i desperately waiting to see how can i build Line of Business applications in Metro i know the power of JQuery and HTML 5 they are good for CMS or website bits and pieces but the stuff which we can do inside Silverlight we can't do in JQuery and in HTML 5 and these two technologies are heavily targeting by Microsoft in Metro, and from my point of view the JQuery and HTML 5 are lacking in tooling and there is alot of work is required to make these two machinery for next generation web based application technologies for LOB.
