Seems that dealing with images is something many people in the net struggling with. If you are one of them check Joel Neubeck's post on Loading Images in Silverlight 2How to Get an Images Dimensions in Silverlight you can see in Mike Snows' tip of the day.

An "extra" third part Using Pub/Sub and the Observer Pattern in Silverlight 2 Navigation was posted by Pete Brown. If you missed the previous two parts - here they are: Part 1: Async Service Call Chaining and Part 2: More on Service Call Chaining.

Mike Taulty wrote two part article for Silverlight and ADO.NET Data Services - Part 1 and Part 2. Take some time and check this step-by-step demonstration how to put together Silverlight and ADO.NET Data Services.

VisualStateManager (VSM) in Beta 2 is something cool, but still some issues should be fixed. One of them was pointed by PageBrooks - incorrect states because of ColorAnimation. Demo with workaround, including sources, is also available. The problem was confirmed by Microsoft and it is related to VSM and shared resources.

More about VSM but this time for Designers you will find in Scott Barnes' MossyBlog - Silverlight: VisualState Manager, Storyboards and why designers should care about them both.

Declarative Tweening (2) - the guys from First Floor software shares some more thoughts about having Tweening animations as a standard Storyboard animations.

A cool Line Rider game was made by the guys from inXile entertainment and Cynergy Systems. So be creative, draw some lines and see how a boy rides his sled on them.

Triangle Texturing, Theory and Silverlight App - Cristian Merighi shows how to do UV mapping (texture coordinates mapping) in Silverlight. Demo is also available.

Tim Rule's WebClient and LINQ Demo illustrates a simple usage of WebClient and LINQ by requesting an RSS feed from Adobe's kuler API.
