Today I read in Tim Heuer’s blog that the team of AppDev is providing training CD for Silverlight 2 for free. The walkthroughs are provided by Dino Espozito, so if you are interested go and get it from here.
Learn how to do Navigation with Animated Transition Effects by Dave Relyea. The post is great and contains a sample project, including an extensible TransitionControl, so you can write your own transitions.
Bumble Beegger is a game created by Silverlight Girl and APIJunkie using Silverlight 2 Beta 2. The game is catchy so be aware you can spend 30 min playing it just like this.
Piotr Puszkiewicz released three very interesting posts about Silverlight installation. First two are about how to automatically start Silverlight on install - Part 1 and Part 2. The third one can help you determine if Silverlight is installed using Javascript.
David Anson has updated the SimpleSilverlightXpsViewer now to work with Silverlight 2 Beta 2, check out his post. The good news is that the source code is also available, so do not miss it.
