Hi Daniel,

The version of Silverlight installed on your PC must not impact on the way you see the video. Can you please tell us if you can load and open another video published on SilverlightShow, for example this one: http://www.silverlightshow.net/shows/Recording-of-webinar-Switching-on-the-Cloud-for-Silverlight-by-Gill-Cleeren.aspx

So we can see if the problem is more general or it's just with this particular video.
